Located in Catford, this semi-detached property was redesigned to better utilise an underused side infill space and create a larger, more functional kitchen to the rear of the house.

The proposal introduces a substantial parapet stand-up wall to the rear elevation, incorporating a perforated brick detail. This enhances the architectural presence of the extension, carefully ties the new brickwork into the existing property, and discreetly conceals the sloping ceiling formed by the infill extension.
